Fear of the Unknown is a quest recommended for level 12 in the Ark Surroundings. The player is getting this quest from the NPC Huxley, who can be found outside of the Ark.

From a conversation with Huxley, I learned that he needs help with some things like tentacles sticking out of crevices. The nature of this phenomenon is not clear, and his partner has apparently drifted in his mind. It does not sound very promising, but I'm sure to get down to bed-rock.
